I ordered a swimsuit from Benoa Swim the suit itself was really cute. I was just a bit disappointed with how strict the return policy felt. I wish the return process was easier or at least a little cheaper. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’d definitely recommend checking the return details before ordering.

I really liked the fit and the color when I first got it, but after wearing it just a couple times, the stitching started coming undone near the side seam?? For the price, I expected it to hold up better. It’s still wearable for now, but I’m kind of worried it’s going to get worse after I wash it. Disappointing, to be honest

I don’t really get the hype. For the price, I expected a lot more, but it just doesn’t feel worth it. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it kind of feels like one of those products where the branding is doing all the heavy lifting and we’re all just supposed to pretend it’s a great deal. I wouldn’t buy it again...

I was just trying to buy a swimsuit, and the checkout process turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The page kept freezing, and I had to type in my address about three different times because it wouldn’t move forward.

When it finally got to the next step, the shipping price suddenly changed, and there was no clear explanation for it. That instantly made me uncomfortable, especially because I didn’t feel like I was getting a proper order review before committing to anything.

After about 20 minutes of fighting with it, I just gave up. Maybe the swimsuit was fine, but the checkout experience was frustrating enough that it completely put me off.

I reached out and still haven’t gotten any actual reply. It’s frustrating because the little communication I did get felt kind of dismissive, like I was being talked down to instead of helped. I’m still waiting for someone to properly respond.

I wasn’t really impressed with this. It feels kind of scratchy against the skin and just has that cheap feel to it overall. I wanted to like it, but yeah, it’s not something I’d probably buy again.

I ran into an issue with my order and reached out to support a few times. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but the replies took a while and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It kind of felt like I was just being passed from person to person, or maybe ignored, though I guess I can’t say for sure. Either way, it wasn’t a great experience, and I’d be hesitant to order again unless their customer service improves

I really loved the fit of this, and it felt super comfortable on. I’ve had similar pieces before that held up fine in water, so I was a little surprised that this one went see-through once it got wet. It’s cute for dry wear, but I’d be cautious if you’re planning to swim or get soaked in it.

I ordered a bikini from Benoa Swim when I was in a good mood and excited to find something for warmer weather. Overall, I was really happy with the color. It looked almost exactly like the photos online, maybe just a tiny bit brighter in person, but not in a bad way. I’m giving it 4 stars because I thought it would be slightly more muted, but it’s still super cute and easy to wear. No weird filter surprise or completely different shade, which I definitely appreciated

I think the swimwear styles are decent overall, and to be fair, there are some cute pieces on there. My main issue was more with the website itself. It felt a bit cluttered to browse, and a few of the photos didn’t load properly for me, which made it harder to decide what I liked. Not a terrible experience, but I do think the site could use some cleanup.

The stuff is cute, but the shipping cost felt way too high for just one order. I kind of feel stupid for trusting it would be worth it once everything was added up. I might buy again, but only if the shipping is cheaper

i was disappointed with the sizing. I ordered two swimsuits in the exact same size, but they fit completely differently. One was super tight, and the other was loose in random spots. The material itself was fine, but it’s hard to know what to order when the fit is that inconsistent. I even checked the size guide, so it was frustrating. Maybe I just got unlucky, but for the price, I expected better. I’m not sure I’d order again unless the sizing improves...

I don’t know, the whole site just felt off to me. Pages kept lagging, and when I got to checkout it was way more confusing than it needed to be. At one point I wondered if they were making it tricky on purpose, because I had to double-check everything before placing the order.

The straps adjust fairly well, I’d say, but they still felt a little awkward on me after wearing it for a bit. It’s not a huge issue, just not quite the perfect fit I was hoping for.

I was excited to get the swimsuit, but my mood dropped a bit when I saw the box was crushed. The swimsuit packaging looked dirty too, which made the whole thing feel less new and kind of disappointing.

I might just be picky, but it felt like there weren’t many combinations that actually looked good together. I was expecting more options to work well, so it ended up being kind of annoying.
